We guarantee to process and dispatch your order within 5 working days of receipt. Most orders are dispatched via Royal Mail and charged at their present rate based on the weight of the goods purchased by 1st Class, tracking delivery. All International postage is by Royal Mail Airsure.
Most UK orders are delivered within 3 - 5 working days after being posted. However please allow up to 14 days for delivery. Orders to other EU countries are normally delivered within 7-14 working days. However please allow up to 21 days for delivery. Delivery cannot be guaranteed and delays are unpreventable at times. For all returns, except where the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us. We will only refund the costs of postage where the item returned is faulty. To return any products to us, please return your order form and clearly mark whether you would like a refund or exchange.
